Founded in 2005, Hoe Guan Renovation & General Contractor began as a small carpentry workshop with one conviction: every homeowner deserves quality workmanship at a fair price, with no surprises.
Two decades later, we have completed over 500 projects across Singapore — from HDB flats in Tampines to condominiums in Orchard, landed homes, and commercial spaces in the CBD.

Started as a carpentry workshop in Tampines, taking on HDB flat renovations with a two-person team.
HDB licensed contractor status
Obtained HDB contractor license, expanding capacity to handle full flat renovations and wet works.
BCA registration & commercial expansion
Registered with the Building and Construction Authority. First major commercial office fit-out completed in Raffles Place.
